Also considering a naïve URL filter to reduce casino/crypto/scam keywords. Thoughts?

I think the spam filter is reasonable also, as long as we communicate exactly what the rules are.

I would put this pull request on hold for now. We do have serious individual sponsor that give less then USD 50,-
I would first try to reject all the gambling sites from sponsoring and use the filter that osc provides and I think that should solve the problem.
If not, we can still merge this PR then.

I can work on a separate possible url filter, in case we want that as an option to catch people trying to circumvent the OpenCollective categorization. I'll do it as a separate PR.
